Hazina Savannahs
I want one too
And now?
The Savannah is a very energetic cat breed. They love to run outside, play with toys and need constant attention. If you want a quiet, calm, easygoing cat, then the Savannah is not for you. However, if you want a lifelong companion who is as loyal as a dog, then consider a Savannah.
This decision should not be made on a whim. The Savannah live well and happily for 15 - 20 years, you should be aware of this responsibility.
If only because the Savannahs usually imprint on one or at most 2 people for their lives. A sudden change of ownership is always very difficult for the Savannah and the cats are often labeled as problem cats because they often no longer bond with humans.
A Savannah is right for you if you:
looking for something exotic or a dog in a cat's body
ready to make a new friend
are looking for a travel buddy
live in a house
like to go for a walk
enjoy spending time with your cat
space for a Savannah to roam freely
A Savannah may not be for you if you:
live in a small apartment
do not have enough time to actively engage with the cat
travels a lot and can't care enough about the Savannah
want a calm, stress-free lap cat
Are not ready to Savannah-proof your house (they like to chew, climb, scratch and jump on things so some precautions need to be taken to to avoid chewed cables and scratched sofas)
